SETTING UP A COUNTRY NETWORK FOR THE WORLD CARPET HOSPITAL

 

If you wish to take part in the World Carpet Hospital operation and setup a network in your country we advice you to follow the logic in this article. It can give you valuable tips to pave the way and make the job much less painful;

 

Below you will find the operational schemas and its details found in our other written documents. You will notice that there is not much complexity in the matter given that enough concentration is given to the matter. The first table serves as a good summary for the system. The second table covers the follow-up system used. The parts that are under your responsibility will require a certain amount of personnel and the job descriptions for them, therefore depending on your financial possibilities and follow-up abilities we would be glad to extend our support according to your needs. We hope that we can work together and bring your country’s market capacity to Turkey. We can also give our support in the know-how and opening of a local workshop that will cover the repair of carpets and kilims that are not worth the transport to Turkey. We’ll move on to the organizational schemas below to further solidify the case and quickly get the details out of the way.  

 

A strong PR (Public Relations) operation with below parties that have some sort of a relation with the product is essential to have lasting relations. This will ensure a steady flow of repair products.

The steps are basically like this. Our part is to further improve and advertise the system, and to keep the documentation in check. The remaining parts of organizing a network and forwarding the products to Turkey are yours. The overall process will only require a minimal investment and will probably not hinder any other normal business activities. It is possible to succeed in this with a team, or you could do it entirely on your own. If you decide you do not have enough time to reserve, we would be happy to assist a person that you would refer us to. In this case we will give you 5% income share of the work the person you referred to us has accomplished. We hope that we can reach our goal together in this profitable, untapped business.
